Professional service. Issue with toilet that wasn’t their fault we were issued the wrong type with supplier. They went above and beyond to swap it over after hours on a Saturday when the branch was closed so that we could use the toilet at night. I myself made some issues with the wrong tile choice.

Bernie again went all out to try and swap the tiles over so we could have the bathroom that we want. Which we probably gave him a headache or two but having an installer that cares can be hard to come by these days.
